Shared Investments
In case of the shared investment, we combine money from the multiple investors typically in the amount of $30,000-$50,000 to buy a property at the foreclosure auction. When the house is sold the profit is split between participating investors according to their share in the investment (purchase price + rehab cost).
Each group of the investors is notified every time we buy a house on their shared investment. When the house is sold we notify them about the profit made and this is when they make a decision to either cash out (or partially cash out) or continue for the next round.
With the shared investment we typically see the APR of 20% or more on the shared investments.
