We buy residential properties in the Las Vegas valley at the daily foreclosure auctions below market price, then fix and sell them. The average turnaround time of one property is about 3 to 4 months with the net profit on the investment being around 15-20%.

Low Risk

Each property that we buy is thoroughly checked beforehand for any liens and litigations. If the property has a glimpse of a risk we never bid on such property. We only buy 100% risk free properties that could be fixed and sold for the profit in a short time.

How it works

We buy properties in the price range starting at $60,000-$70,000 at the daily foreclosure auction. After the property is bought we do the minimal necessary renovations that help sell it within one to two weeks with multiple offers from the buyers. The typical renovation cost runs at 5%-10% of the purchase price of the property.

What services we provide
  • Full flip on an individual investment - in this case we buy a house for an individual investor, renovate it and sell it.
  • Full flip on a shared investment - in this case we combine funds from a few smaller investors, and then do the full flip cycle.
  • Buyer representation - in this case we only buy a property for an individual investor at the foreclosure auction. It is then up to the investor what to do with this property (rent it, use it as a primary residence, flip it on his own, etc.).
