Full Flip Service

With the cash investment of $50,000 or more we provide a complete buy and flip service. No close involvement is necessary from the investor. The investor has the full control over the flip cycle:

• The property bought gets recorded in the investor's name (personal or company)
• The renovations are discussed, and we will supervise them from start to finish
• The property gets listed, marketed and sold
• The title company wire the funds from selling the property to the investor's account

We typically see the ROI of 30% annually or higher on the trustee sales flips.
